Join us on Saturday, Sept. 22nd for the 3rd Annual Devin's Dash Memorial 5K, a Run/Walk through Shipyard Plantation. This scenic, flat course is open to all runners, walkers and CrossFit Athletes. Hang around post-race for raffles, music, yoga and H3 Smoothies. For every $2,000 raised we will be able to send one child from the community with Pediatric cancer to Happiness is Camping in honor of Devin Sheaffer. Attend the Health Expo on Sept. 21st from 2-7 PM for health speakers and screenings.
